Terms of use

These terms govern your use of mateusnolasco.com ("the site"), operated by Mateus Nolasco trading as MN●CO ("the practice"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the site

The site is informational. It describes the practice, its principal, and the shape of its work. The site does not provide accounting, legal, financial, taxation, or investment advice, and nothing on the site is intended to create an adviser–client relationship.

2. No reliance

Information on the site is provided in good faith but without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or currency. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of anything on the site without seeking advice tailored to your circumstances.

3. The contact form

Submitting an enquiry through the site does not, by itself, create an engagement. An engagement begins only when an engagement letter has been signed. Information provided through the form is handled in accordance with the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

5. Intellectual property

The MN●CO mark, the contents of the site, and the design language are the property of the practice. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution; broader reproduction requires written permission.

6. Confidentiality of submissions

The practice treats submissions through the contact form as confidential to the extent reasonably practicable. Do not, however, send sensitive or privileged material through the contact form before an engagement is in place. Use the form to open the conversation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the practice's liability arising from your use of the site (other than where prohibited by Australian Consumer Law) is excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, the practice's liability is limited to the supply of the relevant service again or the cost of having it supplied again.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is the courts of South Australia.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Status

This document is a working draft pending review by Australian counsel before publication. Do not treat the present text as the definitive legal position of the practice.
